Here are the basic rules regarding the stealing:
1-The rpr whose character is being stolen can deny or accept the situation. The person rping the equine being stolen can decide if they want their character to be stolen. They have a right to deny it.
2-If said person cannot decide if they want to or not, and is in a herd, the decision will be up to the leader of that herd to decide.
3-the leader of the Dei' Ryn will post riddles or clues as to which mare they want. They have 3 days to get the mare/stally/gelding if by the third day there is no win, the leader cannot attempt to steal that said mare/stally/gelding again for 5 days.
